I don't foresee any tattoos on my body in the near future because 1) it costs money 2) i don't know what to get 3) i don't know where to get it 4) depending on where i get it i'll have to stay in shape for the rest of my life and i don't want that kind of pressure, not that i work out ever to begin with but i would like some leeway.
However, because I'd rather speculate than do 300 pages of reading about the sexual mores of straight people (no offense), I have just spent the past two hours browsing google images of tattoos and I have finally decided 2) and narrowed down 3).
2) I want some lines of Dean Young's poem "Sources of the Delaware" inked into my skin. To be more specific, these lines:
"Look at those crows,
they think they're in on the joke and
they don't love a thing. They think
they have to be that black to keep
all their radiance inside."
and A Sort of a Song by William Carlos Williams:
Let the snake wait under
his weed
and the writing
be of words, slow and quick, sharp
to strike, quiet to wait,
sleepless.
-- through metaphor to reconcile
the people and the stones.
Compose. (No ideas
but in things) Invent!
Saxifrage is my flower that splits
the rocks.
3) inner bicep? or one side of my ribs. on my back somewhere? but then i would have to keep my current figure. bahh.
Thought this would be fascinating for you. No copying, not that you'd want to this is probably a bad idea and thank god I was brought up to save money and not spend on myself.
Don't be a hater.
